One Guided speaking turnOne live voice turn, or one tutor-made phrase you choose to hear and repeat.
Usage windowYour quotas reset at the start of each billing period. New checkouts use weekly billing, so the reset follows your subscription week. Unused quota doesn't roll over.
Replay is freeDouble-clicks, retries, and replaying audio you already opened don't use extra quota. A new Hear request counts as Guided speaking.
If you hit a capWe warn at 80% and 95%. Your current session finishes — we don't cut you off mid-sentence. Then upgrade, wait for the reset, or switch tools.

What can I use before choosing a plan?

What's the real difference between Hobby, Practice, and Intensive?
Only the limits per billing period. Same paid tools. Same AI models. Same curriculum. Hobby is for a weekly rhythm, Practice is for a steady speaking habit, and Intensive is for learners actively pushing — moving soon, DELE in weeks, immersion trip next month.
Why isn't Intensive just "unlimited"?
Because "unlimited" usually means quietly throttled, quietly downgraded, or a price change later. Naming the limit keeps the product honest and the price steady. Great tools are expensive to run — we'd rather be up-front about the cap than promise something we can't hold.
What happens if I hit the limit mid-session?
We warn you at 80% and again at 95% of each quota. If you cross it during a speaking session, that session finishes — we don't cut you off on a sentence. Next time, you'll see a quiet prompt to upgrade or wait until the reset.
When do paid tools start?
Paid tools start after checkout. You can cancel from your profile at any time; access stays live until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests go through support and the refund policy.

Cancel from your profile in two clicks, anytime. Your access stays live until the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate refunds for the current period, and renewals only happen on the billing date you agreed to.
