Overview
Paid access to Learn, Speak, Repeat! renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. Paid tools start after checkout. You can cancel from your account at any time to stop future renewals, and you'll keep paid access until the end of the current billing period.
EU and UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have up to 14 days after the first paid charge of a new subscription to withdraw for any reason. To do so, email support@learnspeakrepeat.com from the address on your account and we will process the refund. If you've actively used paid features during the withdrawal window, we may deduct a proportional amount reflecting the use.
Refunds outside the withdrawal window
Outside the statutory withdrawal window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may grant refunds at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, failure of the service to work as described, or billing errors.
How to request a refund
- Email support@learnspeakrepeat.com from the address on your account.
- Include the charge date and which plan you bought.
- Tell us briefly why you're requesting a refund.
- We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Polar Software Inc., our merchant of record, and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Cancelling vs. refunding
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not automatically refund the current paid period. You'll keep access until that paid period ends. If you want a refund as well, say so in your message.
Chargebacks
If you think there's a problem with a charge, please email us first — we can almost always sort it out directly. Chargebacks filed with your bank may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
